Kristi Roegner

Kristi was born into a loving pastor’s family on December 25, 1955 in Pittsburgh, PA.  Her family also lived in the Philadelphia area and the Cleveland/Akron area while she was growing up. Kristi met Bob at Concordia Jr. College in Ann Arbor, MI.  The two married in 1975 and settled in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, where Bob attended Concordia Sr. College and Concordia Theological Seminary.  Their mIMG_1435arriage has been blessed with four children, two in-law children, and six grandchildren.

Kristi has had opportunities to serve the Lord in various ways – alongside Bob as he planted churches and trained leaders in Liberia, West Africa; Administrative Assistant at a congregation; teaching English as a Second Language to refugee women; serving as Small Group Coordinator at a congregation in St. Louis; leading women’s Bible studies; serving with the LWML; and assisting in a variety of other avenues.

Moving overseas once again is allowing Bob and Kristi to experience and enjoy all Israel has to offer, interact with its people, visit its historical and archaeological sites, savor its foods, learn its culture and share God’s love as the Holy Spirit provides opportunities.  What a humbling privilege it is to serve the Lord with gladness in Israel!
